High-Definition assets modeled for my 'Forest Hut' scene, previously white boxed, using 3DS Max. These were created as part of my Udemy course and efforts to learn 3D-modelling and Game Art. I enjoyed the freedom of having a higher polycount as I could really add character to the assets and make them my own. I found that I would craft a story in my head alongside modeling to narrate why something looks the way it does, and its interaction with the wider game world and characters. As done previously in the white-box scene, I have again created variation between the tutorial demonstration and my own assets to challenge myself and craft my own story in the environment.
Once I have completed the HD versions for all my white-box assets, I will be delving into Substance Painter to texture them.
